21/3 - By 23:59, all of the designs must be approved.
22/3 - Presentation of designs. You present your works so that when the team is questioned, you can answer the best. After the presentation, edit or revamp based on the feedback received and deadline will be on that day itself before home sweet home.
23/3 - 3 tactical members will be assigned to look for suppliers. The rest will consider helping the multimedia members to brainstorm ideas for the videos or do unofficial tags.
24/3 - 3 tactical members will continue to look for suppliers. Required to bring back printed design samples for ExCos to review before starting print job. Shirt samples of different sizes ranging from XS-XXXL to be brought back for fitting. The rest will consider helping the multimedia members to brainstorm ideas for the videos or do unofficial tags.
25/3 - 1 tactical member will begin print job for all designs except shirts. Collaborate with Admin Department in collecting the money. *Helpers to be confirmed. The rest will consider helping the multimedia members to brainstorm ideas for the videos or do unofficial tags.
26/3 - 1 tactical member will return the shirt samples and begin their print job. The rest will consider helping the multimedia members to brainstorm ideas for the videos or do unofficial tags.
29/3~2/4 - All designs must be collected in good condition and fully paid. This week is a rehearsal week.
5-6/4 - Trial runs.
7/4-9/4 - FMO.
Multimedia
22/3 - Members selected. Discuss on storyboard and concept for videos. Take some photos during the planning stage.
23/3 - Once concept of Introductory video's storyboard is approved, begin creation.
24/3 - Photography and interview session. Photos of all ^ICs, department members (full strength), ^finale crew and ^the executive committee to be captured. Continue on Introductory video.
25/3 - Photography and interview session. Photos of ^diploma OGLs (full strength) and executive committee to be captured. Continue on Introductory video.
26/3 - Reviewing of Introductory video and be approved on that day itself. Photographers' Outing.
29/3~2/4 - Take some photos during the rehearsal stage and this whole week will be focusing on credit videos.
5~6/4 - Trial runs. Take some photos and videos during the trial run stage.
7~9/4 - FMO. Take photos of all 3 days. Take videos for Welcome@Auditorium and Finale@Sports Hall. Do video flashback (To be confirmed). End of the day, photo spree? Up to you.
^1 under one roof photo must be taken. In the event of the presence of absentees, bring backward the photoshoot and remind him/her to be ready for the next photoshoot.
